In theory it is pretty easy to get muscular, but you have to be disciplined and change some wrong habits that can screw up every losing fat/building muscle programs.
So the aim of this blog is to not only give you the correct information you need to put on the muscle and/or lose the fat you want, but also the tools that actually allow you to go out there and do it. And it will be done by posting scientific methods that do work for the fitness you want, updates about the bodubuilding industry, tricks that can be easily applied in your routine
